Terms and Conditions — Kriyka Player Agreement

1Account Registration

To use kriyka and access any games, you must first create a personal account. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate personal details including your full name, a valid phone number, and your date of birth. You must be at least eighteen years old to register on kriyka. Each person is only permitted to hold one active account at any time.

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration on kriyka is truthful and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.
• Kriyka reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a national ID card, passport, or utility bill to confirm your identity and address.
• If we discover duplicate accounts registered by the same individual, kriyka will close the duplicate accounts and may forfeit any bonus funds or winnings associated with them.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your kriyka account. Your account credentials are your responsibility to keep secure at all times.

2Deposits & Withdrawals

Kriyka supports deposits and withdrawals through popular local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. All transactions on kriyka are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. We do not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• The minimum deposit amount on kriyka is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless you have voluntarily set one through our responsible gaming tools.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within two to five minutes through mobile wallet services. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four hours depending on your banking institution.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your kriyka account will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, minus any funds subject to wagering requirements or pending investigation.

9Limitation of Liability

Kriyka provides its platform and services on an as-is basis.
